Create a member pack and save to the cloud

Member account — cloud save & restore

Create your pack

Open Register (or Create member account from Plans). The page title is Create your pack.

  1. Display name — how you appear in the app.
  2. Pack name — shown in the app and on My pack (you can rename it later).
  3. Namespace (owner handle) — pack address becomes owner/pack (for example jane-smith/pack). Cannot change later.
  4. Login username — used to sign in (stored lowercase on the server).
  5. Optional: Home course and Home town (only used if names are taken).
  6. Password — at least 10 characters.
  7. Email address — for account recovery.
  8. Optional: Add yourself as a player in your pack, plus GHIN ID and Handicap index.
  9. Optional: Public pack access for your course list and/or player list.
  10. Agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, then create the account.

Save to cloud and restore

  1. Sign in, then open My pack.
  2. Tap Save to cloud when your roster and rounds look right (needs a network connection).
  3. On a new phone: Log in → My pack → Restore from cloud.

Guest data already on a phone stays local until you register and save. About’s “Set up your device” notes also cover pack address format owner/pack, Import from pack, Broadcast live, and the League tab for members.
